Exchange and Refund Policy

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Timeframe: Items purchased from our website can be exchanged within 2 business days from the date of shipment received .
  • Fit Issues: If you’re unsure about sizes or colors, please refer to size chart before purchasing to ensure a perfect fit.

Return Policy

  • Condition for Returns: Items must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Returns with signs of wear are unacceptable and will not be refunded.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for panties, bikinis, yoni pots, or similar intimate items.
  • Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and should ensure their own shipping insurance.
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service such as EMS or DHL. We cannot be responsible for lost return shipments if tracking is not used.
  • Return Duration: Return items must be received within 14 days of the Return Authorization (RA) number issuance. Items received after this period will be classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Credits and Refunds

  • Processing Time: Credits or refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Include your order date and order number to expedite the process.

Defective Items

  • Notification: If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Procedure: Send a clear photo of the defective item to our customer service team. Upon review and approval by our Technical Director, we will offer a replacement on your next order or a refund.
  • Identification: If the defect cannot be identified, all items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. Shipping costs and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. We may offer additional discounts on your next order as compensation.

How to Return an Item

  1. Notify Us: Email us the reason for the return.
  2. Shipping Costs: Pay the return shipping fee and any applicable customs fees. The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.
  3. Return Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or issue a replacement within 7 business days.
